Just Dance - Launch of Central Dance Studios

Put on your dancing shoes girls because this Wednesday (7 October) Central Dance Studios is having their official launch party at Solas from 8:30pm till late. The evening will feature short performances by the studios instructors that will be sure to get everyone in the dancing spirit. To add to all the fun there will be complimentary drinks from 8:30-10:00pm as well as Lululemon goodie bags!

Whether you are into Hip Hop, Salsa, Jazz, Ballet or Bollywood it is available at Central Dance. The classes are all high energy and a great workout. I took a 6-week Beginners Urban Groovz class with Elle, the owner of Creation Dance, and loved it. She is an incredible teacher and I had a smile on my face the whole time regardless of whether or not I was perfecting the dance routine we were learning. I will definitely be back for more lessons - I am just deciding whether I want to stick with Urban Groovz/Hip Hop or be ladylike and do ballet!
